    How can I view my personal details and order information in my Pip account?

    If this is the first time you are placing an order on pipstudio.com, we’ll ask for a few details, including your name, address, email address, and telephone number. Your name, address, and email address will be securely stored in your account so that you don’t have to provide them again with your next order. In your account, you can check your order status and payment history 24/7. Please note that since the launch of our new webshop on June 5th, 2018, order history prior to this date is no longer available.

    Changing Data

    You can view and change your address details at any time in your account. However, if you change your address within 24 hours before your order is shipped, we won’t be able to send the order to your new address, and it will be sent to your previous address instead.

    All your contact details are stored securely on our confidential server, and Pip Studio complies with the Data Protection Act (WBP).

    Forgot your password?

    If your password isn’t working or you’ve forgotten it, simply click on the little person icon at the top of the website and then select ‘Forgot Password’ to reset it. You’ll be back in your account in no time!

    Order without an Account

    You can also place an order without creating an account. In this case, your details won’t be stored. However, above you can see the benefits of having an account for a smoother shopping experience.

    How can I place an order?

    If you wish to purchase an article you will go through four simple steps in the order process:

    1. Add product to your shopping basket

    If you want buy an article, click on the Shopping basket so that the product is added to the Shopping basket. Then you can simply continue shopping. When your total order is ready, return to the shopping basket to continue to payment. Upon further reflection, have you decided not to purchase a particular item? Remove the product from the Shopping Cart by clicking on the three dots and then click on the red cross. Completely satisfied with your chosen products? Then click continue to checkout.

    2. Enter information

    If you previously placed an order, you can simply login via your account. If something is not right, you can change it very easily.You can also choose to order without creating an account. Always check that the correct details are entered so that your happy products are delivered to the right address.

    3. Delivery

    If you order from pipstudio.com, you can choose to have your order delivered to your home or collect it from us in person at the Pip Studio counter.

    If you choose to have your order delivered to your home you will have to sign for it upon receiving it.

    4. Paying securely

    After you have entered all your information, choose your payment method. We offer different payment methods per country, including iDeal and credit card. Do you have a Pip Studio e-gift card? Then simply redeem it in the payment process, at 'add gift voucher'. If you have a discount code you can redeem it in the 'review' step, which is the step after selecting a payment method.

    5. Place order

    After checking the order, click on place order. This will redirect you to the relevant payment page.

    6. Done!

    Your order has been placed. We will start working on it and the products will be sent to you as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the packing slip of your order. Follow the status of your order via your account or via the Track & Trace code on the packing slip. Enjoy your order!

    What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

    After you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us. This mail lists the order information.

    You did not receive a confirmation email?

    If you did not receive a confirmation email you may have provided an incorrect email address. Check in your account to make sure you have provided the correct email information. It could also be in the spam filter of your mailbox, so always check your spam box or the ‘unwanted email’ folder. If you have not received an e-mail, our customer service will be happy to help you so that you still receive a confirmation e-mail.

    Change email address

    You can easily change your email address in your account. You can find your account at the top right of the website. After you have logged in you can change your information. The new information is immediately available.

    Can I still change or cancel my order?

    Once you have placed your order we do our utmost to process it as quickly as possible and to dispatch it to you. Since this process takes place quickly, a placed order can no longer be changed or cancelled. Changing or cancelling your order is unfortunately not possible.

    What additional costs apply to shipping?

    Please note: Some countries to which Pip Studio delivers may charge customs duties, but this is not the case in the Netherlands and Belgium. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not Pip Studio, to pay these duties. Customs duties may be charged outside of Europe and in the United Kingdom due to Brexit.

    What size do I need?

    On each product page will you find the Pip Studio size table. In this size table body measurements are converted to Pip Studio clothing sizes; these sizes apply to the homewear collection. You cannot find it?

    How many rolls of wallpaper do I need?

    If you want to order wallpaper from Pip Studio, it is important to know how many rolls you need. We have a handy calculation tip for you!

    Suppose:
    You have a wall 4 metres wide and 2.50m high.
    The dimensions of the roll are 10 metres long and 0.53 metres wide.

    1. Divide the width of the wall by the width of the roll (4 / 0.53 = 7.55). Round up the total (8). You need a total of 8 lengths for the wall. But how many lengths can you get from one roll?

    2. Add the height of the wall to the formula (2.50 + 0.53 = 3.03). The result is the size of 1 length. Then divide the length of the roll by the length required (10 / 3.03 = 3.30). Round off this amount downwards (3). So, you can get 3 lengths from 1 roll. But how many rolls of wallpaper do you need?
    3. You need 8 lengths and you can get 3 lengths from 1 roll. This means that you need 8 / 3 = 2.67 = 3 rolls of wallpaper. 

    Important: Please keep in mind that wallpaper is always produced in batches. To avoid colour differences and ensure you receive all rolls only from the same batch, please make sure you buy the rolls in one order. If not, we can unfortunately not guarantee the batches.

    What is pre-ordering and how does it work?

    What is pre-ordering exactly?

    Pre-ordering means reserving something before it's officially available. When something new and amazing is on its way, you have the option to order it right away. This way, you're guaranteed to get the product!

    What's the benefit of placing a pre-order?

    Great question! Pre-ordering is like having a VIP pass for exclusive events. You're one of the first to get your hands on the newest item, without the risk of it being sold out already.

    How do I place a pre-order?

    Easy! Ordering pre-order products is just like the regular ordering process. You place a pre-order the same way you would a normal order, following the regular checkout process.

    When will I receive my pre-order?

    That depends on when the product comes into stock. Check the product page for this! Please note, we're working hard to improve our ordering process for pre-orders. While you're in the ordering process, you can specify when you want to receive your order. Unfortunately, this doesn't (yet) apply to pre-orders. The week number mentioned in the product description indicates which week you can expect your order.

    Do I have to pay immediately when I place a pre-order?

    Yes, you'll pay for your order right away. This ensures that the order is guaranteed yours, and you don't have to worry about the product selling out. Prefer not to pay right away? Choose the option to pay later using Klarna.

    Can I cancel my pre-order?

    Yes, that's possible! Not entirely sure about your pre-order? Just reach out to our customer service at: support@pipstudio.com. They'll be happy to assist you with cancelling your pre-order. Depending on your bank, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.

    What if the pre-order date changes?

    We'll keep you updated if anything changes. We're working hard to get the item to you as soon as possible.

    The item I want to order is out of stock, will it be back?

    At Pip Studio, we always want to make you happy with our products, happy products for happy people. Products that are currently unavailable but will be back in stock are marked as "Temporarily out of stock." If you don't find the item you're looking for here, unfortunately, it won't be coming back.

    On our category pages, you can easily filter by availability. This way, you'll quickly get an overview of the items you can't purchase right now but will be available again soon. Happy shopping!

    I can’t find a collection, will it return?

    We launch new collections every year. You can find our complete current product range in our webshop. The following collections are entirely sold out:

    Where can I find information about wallpaper, bedding, and tableware?

    Product features are displayed at the product pages. Each product is unique and therefore also has unique specifications.

    Wallpaper
    • Is the wallpaper washable? Our wallpaper is not washable. You can use a slightly damp cloth to clean it. Note: the wallpaper is not suitable for use in areas with high humidity.
    • Can I get some wallpaper samples? It is not possible to request wallpaper samples via pipstudio.com. To request samples of our wallpaper, contact our partner Eijffinger.

    Bedding
    • What material are your duvet covers made of? Our duvet covers are made from 100% cotton percale. The latest collections (from spring/summer 2022) of our bed linen are labeled 'sustainable'.
    • Can your fitted sheets be used with a boxspring mattress? Our fitted sheets are designed to fit mattresses with a height of 20 cm. Our Goodnight by Pip collection also includes fitted sheets that are suitable for mattresses with a height of 30 cm, so these will fit a boxspring mattress.

    Tableware
    • Do you offer individual lids? We devote a lot of love and attention to all our products. For every teapot, we have a lid made that fits perfectly. As a result of the artisanal method used, individually produced lids often do not fit properly. For that reason, we do not sell individual teapot lids.

    All your transactions go through a secure SSL connection, recognizable by the yellow padlock at the bottom right of the screen.     Online shopping at Pip Studio means secure payment.     Payment from Abroad

    Even from abroad, you pay via a secure SSL connection. Your credit card number is used once for the payment of your order and is not stored afterward. Therefore, we cannot use your payment details a second time.

    What payment options are available at Pip Studio?

    Pip Studio's online payment options vary per country. From the Netherlands you can pay for your purchases via iDeal, Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Klarna, VVV Giftcard, De Cadeaukaart en Giftvoucher.     I have a gift card, how do I use it?

    We love hearing that you have an e-gift card from us! You can redeem this voucher under payment options. You don't have to redeem the voucher in one go. The amount you have not yet spent will remain on the voucher. Do you return a product paid with the e-gift card? Then the amount will be put back on the e-gift card for your next purchases.

    Can I pay with Klarna?

    In some countries it's possible to pay with Klarna. Klarna makes it possible to pay after delivery. When you choose the Klarna payment option, you will receive the invoice when we send your order to you. You have to pay within 14 days. When you return products, you must always indicate this to Klarna. The amount of the returned products will be deducted from your Klarna invoice.

    Register a return
    Not happy with your goods? Follow the instructions of the webshop to return them and notify Klarna about the return in the App.

    Klarna pauses your invoice for thirty days and adjusts it when the return is registered.

    Postpone the due date
    You need more time? For instance because your goods are delayed or your salary will be paid within a few days? With one click you can postpone the due date with 10 days.

    How can I get a discount code and how do I enter it?

    With a discount code, you can treat yourself to a little gift with your order. Simply enter the code in your shopping basket and voilà, your discount is applied immediately. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order. Sometimes a minimum order amount applies, and unfortunately, not all discount codes can be combined with other promotions.

    What is the delivery time at Pip Studio?

    In the Netherlands and Belgium, if you order before 23:59 on work days and pay with iDeal or credit card, your order will be delivered at home the following work day.


    In Germany, if you order before 14:00 on work days and make a direct payment, your order, in principle, will be delivered to your home the following work day.
     

    For all other countries: if you order before 14:00 on working days, we will forward the order to the shipping companies the same day. Depending on which country the purchase will be shipped to, it could take 1 to 5 working days:

    How does shipping work when I order multiple items?

    When ordering multiple items, it can be possible that only some of the items are in stock. In that case, we may send your order to you in several shipments. Of course, we charge one time a shipping fee for this.

    How can I track my order?

    Have you received your shipping confirmation yet? It also includes the Track & Trace details, so you can follow your package. Sometimes this email might end up in your spam folder, so make sure to check there as well. Still can’t find the tracking info? Don’t worry, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!

    What should I do in case of an incomplete or damaged order?

    We will do everything we can to deliver your products safely to your door. If something does go wrong with your order, we will make sure that any missing or replacement products are delivered to you as soon as possible.

     

    It is important that you inform our customer service about any missing or damaged items within seven days (please include pictures of any damaged items). If you have reported the damage, customer service will provide more information about the return procedure. This can differ per product.

     

     

    Did you receive the instruction to return your damaged product(s)? From the day of receipt, you will have thirty days to send the damaged product to us. We will cover the costs of return shipping; the amount will be refunded to your account afterwards.

    How does returning products work?

    You have 30 days to change your mind on all purchases from Pip Studio. So if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days. For Pip Studio items not purchased through this webshop, please contact the shop where the items were bought. 

    Would you like a quick and proper processing of the returned article? Please note the following points:

    Let us know which products you would like to return. You can do this online with your Pip account, please create a return request. In case you don’t have an account, please contact support@pipstudio.com by sending a message. There's no need to wait for a response, you can return the product as soon as you have informed us.

    Please make sure the product(s) are packed well in their original plastic packaging, including the labels and stickers. It’s important to include a paper with your order number in the package.

    Pack your items securely, preferably using the original packaging. Write the address on the box and ensure the old label is unreadable. Take your parcel to any Post Office of your choice. UK and Swiss customers can only return their package via UPS, GLS, Fedex and DPD. Please keep in mind that returns are at your own costs. Keep also in mind that it's your responsibility to save the certificate of posting received from the delivery company. The package can be tracked via a Track & Trace code until it arrives at the correct destination.

    As soon as we have received your package we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your returned items will then be processed. Your balance will be refunded within 14 business days after you returned the item(s). Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase. 

    How long do I have to return my order?

    You have 30 days to change your mind on all your purchases from Pip Boutique B.V.. You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. Please note that returns after 30 days will not be accepted and we will not send the items back to you at our costs. 

    To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Pip Boutique B.V. of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can mail us at support@pipstudio.com or go to our contact page. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

    Should I keep my shipping receipt?

    It is the customer’s responsibility to save the certificate of posting received from the delivery company. Save the certificate of posting issued when handing over the package. Should something happen with the package during delivery, such as getting lost, the delivery receipt can be used to try to locate it. Pip Studio is not responsible for this.  

    Can I return my ordered bathrobe and women's fashion?

    From a hygiene perspective you need to keep wearing your underwear while fitting clothes like homewear and bathrobes. You have to leave the hygienic strip in place.

    If you unfortunately have to return a wear or bathrobe article, then the return must meet the following conditions:

    •  The article is packed in the original packaging (including tissue paper);

    •  The article is unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and clean;

    •  The hygienic strip has not been removed.

    •  The price tag is still attached.

    How quickly is the return processed?

    Within 14 business days after you have executed the withdrawal declaration, you will receive the purchase amount of the item back to the same account with which the purchase of the item was made. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. The returned article will then be processed.

    How can I insure my return?

    Once your returned item has been accepted by Pip Studio, we will refund the purchase amount to you. This refund will go to the same account used to pay for your order, or, if you paid with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to that card. The refund will be processed within 14 working days after the withdrawal declaration has been executed. If you have any outstanding payments with Pip Studio, the amount will be deducted from that balance. Shipping costs will be refunded, provided the entire order is returned.

    Can I exchange an item?

    It is not possible to swap your Pip Boutique B.V. purchases. What you can do is return your purchase and place a new order. You should return your old order within 30 days. Please note that you will be charged shipping costs again for your new order.

    How does the Pip Studio e-gift card work?

    Pip Studio's e-giftcards are a great gift to receive and to give. Good to know:
    • The e-giftcards are sent via email.
    • When you buy an e-giftcard for someone else, it will be sent to the email address you specify.
    • You can include a personal message along with the e-giftcard.
    • This e-giftcard can only be redeemed at pipstudio.com.
    • You can spend the amount on the e-giftcard all at once or in parts.
    • If your e-giftcard does not have enough credit, you can pay the remaining amount using a payment method of your choice.
    • Did you buy an item with your e-gift card but not quite happy? The return amount will be credited back to your e-giftcard.
    • The e-giftcard has no expiration date.
    • The e-giftcard cannot be redeemed for cash.

    In collaboration with our partner for homeware, (toilet) bags, and porcelain: New Edition, we have chosen producers who are GOTS and OEKO-TEX 100 certified. Additionally, they use PVC-free or recyclable materials for the products and are certified for the use of FSC and PEFC certified cardboard and paper. Our partner for outdoor rugs, Rozenkelim, focuses on the most sustainable materials like polypropylene and polyester. Our outdoor rugs are made from recycled PET bottles, aiming to reduce the use of single-use plastics. In collaboration with our partner for bed linen and terry cloth, Beddinghouse, we are members of Better Cotton (BC) and produce according to these guidelines. Our partner for silk artificial flowers, Silk-ka, handcrafts their artificial flowers from the highest quality materials. The artificial flowers have a lifespan of eight years. Our partner for wallpaper, Eiffinger, uses materials made from FSC-certified paper and eco-friendly ink.     Our logistics partner, Active Ants, customises the packaging for all our non-breakable products. Custom-made packaging uses less material and is better suited to the product. This results in less air being packed, which not only leads to more efficient use of packaging materials but also reduces the transport volume. To ensure more sustainable transport, we ship our products by boat or truck to our warehouse. Unlike airplanes, these are more environmentally friendly options. Additionally, our partners strive to use as little packaging material as possible and create minimal empty space in the boxes throughout the entire production and delivery chain. This way, we keep the volume as low as possible. Our logistics partner Active Ants pays great attention to choosing eco-conscious and sturdy packaging materials. Every product gets appropriate packaging, with as little space and material wasted as possible. Moreover, in all production processes, the use of water is minimized wherever possible.
